It is submitted that I have visited Meerut yesterday to lodge an complaint / FIR in person but the SO of Kankerkheda directed his officials not to receive my complaint, then I have visited the SSP, Meerut residence & they have received the complaints as attached here with.
It would be pertinent to mention here that I have visited the streets & area where this crime was committed by the Municipal Corporation, Meerut officials along with other identified persons as in the video' clippings & came to know that the bull was not mad & willingly animal was hanged till death, hence this is a crime under the COW SLAUGHTERING ACT, 428-429 IPC read with the PCA ACT, 1960. So please direct the SO to lodge an FIR against the offenders under intimation to me otherwise I would be compelled to move in the court of law under 156(3) provisions,

This is very clear that bull was very much healthy not mad as claimed by the
officials of the Municipal Corporation, Meerut in the above said clippings,
it is further clarified that the said official admitted that he has deputed
40 persons team to catch the bull but they hanged the animal till death.
It would be pertinent to mention here that the OIPA - www.oipa.org - a Italy
based organization, duly affiliated with the United Nations - Department of
public information since 1992 & being an representative of OIPA in India
along with the Master Trainer to the Animal Welfare Board of India (Govt. of
India) this is the clear cut violation of the law of the land.
Hence you are requested to direct the concerned Police Station CO to lodge
an FIR against the offenders u/s 428-429 IPC read with the Prevention of
Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 & the copy of the same may kindly be supplied
to me for follow up please,
