OIPA -www.oipa.org is an International Organization duly affiliated with the UN, DPI & being an representative of OIPA in India I am demanding the postmortem of the killed animal by the board constituted by the DM in the presence of the AWBI recognized NGO rep. & FIR may kindly be lodged under section 428-429 IPC against the offenders of the law of the land read with section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 , the persons involved in this crime are easily identified in the TV coverage, same may kindly be used as evidence of the crime.
